⏳🙏🏽”Fast & Pray”

📖 “So after they had fasted and prayed, they placed their hands on them and sent them off.” – Acts 13:3 (NIV)

📚 Context:

The early church leaders fasted and prayed before sending Paul and Barnabas on their missionary journey. This act showed reliance on God’s direction, not human decision.

💬 Reflection:

Fasting and prayer unlock power and direction that ordinary planning can’t provide. Before the apostles launched movements, they sought God’s voice. That alignment gave their mission authority and success.

When you fast and pray, you stop leaning on your own wisdom and open the door for God to direct your path. Most Breakthroughs are born during periods of sacrifice.

🙏🏽 Prayer:

“Father, let my prayers be sharper and my spirit stronger when I fast. Guide my steps and make my decisions Spirit-led, not self-led. Release Your power in my life as I align with You. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.”
