Today’s Scripture
“No eye has seen, no ear has heard, and no mind has imagined what God has prepared for those who love him.”
(1 Corinthians 2:9, NLT)
📚Context
Written to believers in Corinth who were facing challenges and temptations, reminding them that God’s future plans were far beyond their present struggles.
💬Reflection
Sometimes the weight of repeated disappointments dims your expectation. It’s easier to keep hope small so you won’t be hurt by unmet desires. The mind settles into survival mode, bracing for more of the same, convincing you to stop reaching for something better.
Yet God declares He’s already preparing blessings beyond what you could plan or predict. His vision for your life is untouched by your setbacks. This Sunday, choose to open your heart wide again. Trust that the One who loves you most is arranging details you can’t yet see, ready to unfold in ways that will prove His goodness.
🙏🏽Prayer
Father, lift my perspective beyond what I see today. Fill me with trust in Your plans and give me courage to hope big again. Thank You for preparing greater things than I can imagine. Amen.
