đ âIf any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you.â â James 1:5 (NIV)
đContext:
James wrote to believers scattered by trials. Many were struggling with confusion and hardship, unsure how to navigate new challenges. His encouragement was practical: God does not withhold wisdom but gives it freely when asked in faith.
đŹ Reflection:
Life is full of decisionsâabout money, relationships, career, and calling. In those moments, we often rely on guesswork or advice that sounds good but may not be rooted in truth. Confusion leaves us stuck or misled.
God invites us to ask Him directly. He doesnât shame us for not knowing; He delights in guiding us. Wisdom is not reserved for the elite, itâs available to anyone who sincerely asks and trusts Godâs guidance.
đđœ Prayer:
Lord, I bring my confusion and decisions before You. Teach me to ask instead of guessing and to trust Your guidance instead of leaning on my own. Pour out Your wisdom generously so I can walk in clarity. Let my choices reflect Your will and bring peace to my path. In Jesusâ Name, Amen.
