🕊️”Let Go & Let God”

📖 Scripture (NIV):

“Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you.” — 1 Peter 5:7

📚 Context:

Peter wrote to believers under heavy trials, reminding them that God’s care was strong enough to carry what they couldn’t. The call wasn’t to harden their hearts but to place burdens in God’s hands.

💬 Reflection:

It’s easy to confuse love with control. We want to rescue, to fix, to carry the full weight for someone we care about. But when our hands grip too tightly, our spirit gets heavy, and before we know it, anxiety becomes our daily bread. God doesn’t ask us to stop caring—He asks us to stop carrying what isn’t ours.

Let your heart stay soft, but let your grip stay loose. Pray over them, encourage them, and then release them to the God who never sleeps. His hands are bigger, His reach is longer, and His care is stronger than ours could ever be.

🙏🏽 Prayer:

Lord, I release what I can’t control. Keep my heart open but my spirit free from burdens You didn’t assign. Teach me to trust that You are working where I cannot. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
