š Scripture (NIV):
āThe prudent see danger and take refuge, but the simple keep going and pay the penalty. Humility is the fear of the Lord; its wages are riches and honor and life.ā ā Proverbs 22:3ā4
š Context:
Solomon reminded his people that wisdom requires foresight and humility. True discernment protects your future and keeps you in alignment with Godās blessing.
š¬ Reflection:
Your compassion is a gift, but without boundaries it can become a weakness. The enemy loves to send people who drain rather than build, who take rather than sow. True generosity is not measured by how often you say yes but by how faithfully you manage what God has given.
Stewardship means protecting your time, your energy, and your resources so they are available for Godās purposes. The power of no is not rejectionāit is redirection, keeping your blessings in alignment with Heavenās will.
šš½ Prayer:
Lord, sharpen my discernment so I may clearly see the difference between those Youāve called me to help and those who would misuse my kindness. Teach me the holy power of no, so that my yes will always glorify You. Amen.
